In the design of office compounds and towers, much attention is given to locating the buildings on site, taking into count factors such as views and wind-directions. Sustainable architecture is implemented by introducing day light to as many offices as possible, maintaining natural ventilation, keeping energy consumption - all incorporated in a modern design method. A good functional relation between the office spaces and the secondary service spaces is essential, as well as the flexibility in the space-partition for single and multiple tenants.
