“Razielarch” expertise in giving design and consulting services to real estate firms and developers. The firm is involved in residential neighborhoods, office buildings, hotels, shopping malls and logistics parks. In each project a deep research is done in order to learn the site and its context and to understand the program and the developer intentions. Further few alternatives are developed for the project trying to mix the program with the context. The client is exposed and being a part of the design process from early stages through the design process in order to better define the guidelines for the project.

The client is given a full package of data analyzing the alternatives including 3D models, Plans, and area calculations enabling the team to recommend on preferred alternative. With the decision upon the design alternative, a refining process is made using photorealistic renderings. The client and the architect mutually act to find the proper solution for the project combining shape and aesthetics with programmatic and context aspects. We explore, invent, develop, and promote the quality of the design taking in consideration the developer’s needs and budget.
