Zion Briga and Sons Ltd. have initiated a new residential project in the “Ir Yamim” neighborhood of Netanya. The project will consist of two towers, one of 18 floors and the other of 22 floors, housing a total of 118 apartments (three apartments per floor). Each apartment will be some 150 m² and include a 25 m² balcony.
The towers will be situated near the sea front, so that each apartment will enjoy open sea views.
The ground floor is to have a swimming pool, a spa, a gym, a business center and a children’s club.
