AFI group purchased the factory of Yachin in order to develop a business park. The compound is assembled from two parts – Yachin and Teva – that according to the zoning plan would be developed as one compound with an inner enclosure.
The project is designed with sustainable approach – six story buildings define the green park and 24 story towers overlooking it. The towers are well exposed to the main traffic roads of Petach Tikwa – Zabotinsky st. and Rabin road.
Sustainability is achieved through the micro-climate defined by the glass wall, the recycling of water, the double façade systems – which gives good acoustic and thermal isolation, and by creating patios which enables ventilation and daylight diffusion.
