“The Sirius house” is a modern office building, planned on the basis of an existing two-story high structure for industry purposes.
The works included the construction of three additional floors, whereas the basement was converted into an underground parking space. The facades of the building were redesigned to convey a homogeneous look of a new building.
The addition of the floors required a basis fortification, according to the state regulation 38 requirement. In counteract, an addition of an extra floor was authorized. The building was quickly occupied by offices, coffee shops and restaurants.
