concept shop in the developing industrial and business area surrounding the “Sgula” intersection, where many commercial projects have been established over the past few years.
The focus of the project will be the “Hangar” shop, which will occupy most of the retail area. The rest of the space will house smaller shops, a café and a restaurant.
