Eyen Ha’Thchelet – NT project is about having initiated a new residential project in the “Eyen Ha’Thchelet” neighborhood of Netanya. The project will consist of a tower and 2 low rise density building above a comercial floor, the tower would consist 25 floors and the two buildings, 10 floor each, housing a total of 164 apartments (four apartments per floor). Each apartment would vary between 75-125 sqm with a 20 m² balcony.
The towers will be situated near the sea front, so that each apartment will enjoy open sea views.
The ground floor is to have a high quality shops, a spa, a gym, a business center and a children’s club.
