David Tower was established in the center of Netanya, as part of the rehabilitation of the city center, on the site of what was once hotel “Maxim”.
The project comprises a 75-room hotel and above it 54 luxury apartments, all enjoying an unrestricted view of the sea.
Restaurants, a swimming pool, a spa, a gym and a shop are designated for use by both residents and the hotel visitors. David Tower is a link in the chain of projects that are currently renewing Netanya’s seafront and promenade, enabling the city to reemerge as one of the country’s leading tourist sites.
